crash al intentar iniciar el juego y me aparece que (an error has ocurred while loading imports. wrong DLL present)

No soy experto, por lo tanto no puedo dar veracidad a mis palabras, pero por lo que puede ser es que como el error indica "wrong DLL present" hay un "dll" que no debería estar allí o esta perdido. (que no creo que sea el caso) Has comprobado que instalaste todo correcto?, si es el caso y todo fue instalado correctamente pues intenta localizar el dll erróneo. Si no puedes te recomendaría que desinstales y vuelvas a instalar. (borrando el archivo anterior) NO SOY EXPERTO pero puede funcionar, quien sabe
