cant receive lost password email

Hi everyone, i got disconnected from my account few days ago and i cant find my password. So i asked for a link for a new password but never received the link (i tried it many times but always same result). So i created this account to post on the forum, my last username was nxlf135 and i would really appreciate to get it back. Thanks everyone (btw prob the wrong support's category but didnt find support for account/plutonium loosed acc).
