[Release] Ticket to Hell Weapon Skins

I made new skins based off the Ticket to Hell USP-S from CS:GO. They have a rainbow specular map, the specular map is faint on most default maps, I can't change this. Some maps it will show better than others.

Nice looks cool but a little bit more colour variety would make it better like red veins that are spread on black or a mixture of black grey white
