how do i change the install location

how do i change it. i dont want the launcher stuff to install to C disk , i mean the thing that installs in first launch

Dss0 the f does this even mean?

It means that plutonium.exe should put the files in a sub-folder called plutonium inside the current folder. Thats entry level stuff.
