Gegs Not much then can be done about that, but I've seen Aussie servers for zombies is quite active. Meet up with more players around that region to fill up servers or join their discord channels. Plutonium has nothing to do with community servers and most server owners spend money hosting their servers. The majority of the player base is either playing on NA or EU Servers.
