Script to disable dual cz on specific maps?

Until the long standing issue of dual cz's crashing is fixed is there any way I could setup a script to disable the dual CZ's from appearing in the box specifically on the maps that will crash? (anything that isn't rezurrection DLC)
The script posted by Pistakilla in the thread below doesn't seem to work.

change the script if you only want it for specific maps for example
