Howard250 It's already very simple. If you can't follow the directions or understand basic computer knowledge then yea it'll be hard for you. This isn't console where you just push a button and everything works on it's own. Use your brain mate and watch some Youtube tutorials how to port forward, etc. Then follow the directions slowly next time. Plutonium doesn't need to make everything dummy proof. A server owner should know the basics at least.

RedxSkull you shouldn't have to watch a yt tutorial if it was simple. simple is just on the get-go, nearly immediate.

Orrgroup "simple" is subjective. To me it's simple and i don't need to watch any videos either but i understand it may be complicated for others. We are planning on streamlining the process in the future.

Try an take a crash course on hosting and you might get somewhere. What are you having an issue with? Port-Forwarding? Firewall Access? Please explain lol.

People can't really help without some example.

To give a serious answer there's nothing hard in Plutonium compared to other self hosted platforms
You lack general knowledge around self hosting/network/computers etc, Plutonium is as easy as most other self hosted software out here

Resxt I don't find it to be much different than other platforms, All you really have to do is make sure the port is open and you have the proper configs for the server/game you are hosting for. I agree it really doesn't get much easier.

I don't even host servers but I can tell from a longshot. This place is probably the beginner's place to start with server hosting.

GINxROxSAI it is as simple as any other self hosted service, you just lack basic knowledge
if you find this hard maybe you shouldn't host a server in the first place
it's literally drag and dropping files, opening a port, creating and adding a key to a file then double click that file, takes 5 mins

People that think this is way to advance. Shouldn't bother to host a server. Unless they are willing to learn and follow directions. Some people just need someone to hold their hand for everything and not willing to learn something so basic. Perhaps ChatGPT could help them out.

I don't host servers because I rather play. I played this game for it's dedicated servers.
