plutonium cant login pls help

hey i have this issue for a while and i cant find a solution im dutch so my english is bad but if i put it in google translate it says
connect: a connection attempt failed because the connected party did not reply coreect after a certain time or the connection made failed because the connected host did not reply
[system at;C/ci-libs\boost_180_0\boost\asio in function 'connect '] -
I got a few solutions to this problem.
- Reinstalling Plutonium
- Restarting PC
- Create a new account (easiest solution)
- Contacting support through email
- Resetting PC
