error trying to lock sample

I am currently trying to run a controller on plutonium and I am getting this error in the launcher. This is for both black ops 1 and WaW

yfoops does it work without the controller? What kind of controller is it? are you using external software to get it to work? Can you post a screenshot of the error message? Never seen that one before.
