[Error] I get this error while loading the menu

Hello.
I have a problem, I've updated to the latest Black Ops II update from Launcher and now I get an error message when loading the menu:

I have been playing Black Ops since the Plutonium launcher long before this update and there were no problems.
I hope you can help me.

The error has been fixed with this last update, now I'm not getting the servers.
