Authentication Ticket Error

So I have been trying to setup my own server for bo2 zombies using plutonium.
I got everything setup where it's running and shows on the server browser but when I go to join I get an error. "Your authentication ticket could not be verified because the server you are trying to connect to is not authenticated to Plutonium"the issue is that I put the server key where the guide says so and i'm still getting the error.
This is what comes up when I try to join on the server side

Make sure the clock is correct and synced on your server.

You should read Microsoft's official docs about your system's clock or just Google how to "sync it".
Or literally, just copy and paste what Eldor said into the Google search bar. Any of the above will tell you all you need to know. -

I've been trying to host a dedicated server on WAW (T4) because if I host LAN with bots it lags like crazy despite having a good PC. I synced the clock and it always displays that error message
And the error shows when I try to join my own game, I haven't even tried with my other PC. -
Need help with this issue. Both me and my friend have already set our clocks to automatic synchronization, and it didn't fix the problem. What else can we do?
