Plutonium doesn't support providing the game files anymore ever since Activision been sending C&D to different clients. This is a good thing to keep Plutonium save. Go on steam and buy the game. Plutonium wasn't even made for free games. It was made to improve the game, better mod support and Dedicated Servers.
