Banned on Steam Deck - seeking ban appeal
-
As per all other threads, Steam Deck users have been banned. Is it possible to appeal the ban, considering I never play public matches.
Alternatively, can we have a mode to disable anticheat for private matches with friends?

BigBen69420 i did make a thread about this issue, but there is an issue with hwid on steam deck, it doesnt seem to have a unique identification number of any kind. you have to remember, there are very few steam deck users, so they wouldnt go and find a better anti cheat/ban solution to differentiate between them all.
very sad, i actually just bought one to play on these clients. -
As idea said, Steam decks have similar, if not the same HWID because of the same components. However, it isn't worth it to unban every single Steam deck player, because one player was enough to cheat on Steam deck and get everyone else banned. You can try and appeal the ban, and once accepted, start playing on PC. Friendly advice, because you can't really change components on Steam deck, since it's quite limited.
