Error - Keep Loading

Hello friends.
After finishing the download, I try to open the game by t6rmp.exe, the game opens a console and the image of the game's cover, but nothing happens from there. (Attached image where it remains frozen)My PC:
i7 7700
gtx 1080
32gb ram
2Tb rom

You need to use the launcher to launch the game.

Hello again!
I have already updated the launcher, I got an error and I solved it with a file called Timeout Fix.bat.
The launcher opens, I enter my account, I select the game folder (which I download with the piry.exe), the launcher closes, a console opens and there it stays.
(the console says (bin\plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe) in the title)
do I need to have steam open?
