Why I can't change my profile pic?

For some reason, I'm trying to change my profile pic from the one I have, but for some reason, is always changing the old one, even if I delete the original profile pic, it always update to the old one, its because it takes time to upload it or its because an error?
This is the profile pic I want to use.

While the change happens instantaneous your browser is simply not notified about the change, you have to refresh the page without cache (ctrl+F5) and then you should see your new profile image.
