Plutonium won't finish starting

Plutonium stays blank after updating and won't show anything.
Here's my windows version:
I've already tried deleting plutonium's local appdata folder with no success and redownloading it. I allowed it through my firewall and have turned off real time protection once while booting it to see if that was the issue. After all that the issue persists.

Forgot to say in the post, I did install the runtimes.
