when i try to open the launch plutonium it loads then it doesn't open

Are you on a custom OS?
If you download plutonium.exe from our website and double click it it should work.
Also what is your antivirus? List everything including security tools -
what
is custom os my anti viruses are nord and windows i turned them off -
