Banned by loggin in

I created an account last week and today I logged in and everything was okay but when I opened it again I had to put my username and password , I did it and a message appeared telling me that i was banned for 7 days.
Then I tried again by creating another account but it happened the same as before , but now it says that my ban lasts 14 days even without loggin for a first time !

That's not how that works, you must've injected something.
