I'm trying to reinstall Plutonium but it give me an error

When I download this time the launcher I was expecting to have the buttom for download it again... but it doesn't appear...
This is what it appears to me when I try to install it
troco you need to select the correct game folder. Press "Game Settings" and "Select Dir" it will re setup the launcher and find your black ops 2 game folder (should be in program files\steam\steamapps\call of duty black ops 2) then open the folder and press "select folder".
Make sure you have the game installed, the launcher doesn't install the game for you.
