Disable Mustang Dual Wield when i down

Could someone help me remove the Mustang Dual Wield with Pack-a-Punch every time I fall? And leave only the M1911 as it was before. Because every now and then when I'm playing Solo Mode and I end up falling instead of having the standard M1911 I get the Mustang Dual Wield with Pack-a-Punch and I think this is cheat, so I would like to know how I can remove it. Remembering that it is not the box bug, but always when a Zombie downed me. And also remove the grenade generator when runs out.

...that is the standard behavior of Quick Revive in solo mode. It's not a cheat, or glitch, or bug, it is supposed to do this.
