Failing to start Zombie Server, not getting a heartbeat

Trying to start a server for some friends to play on, I've managed to get all the way to the part where you start the batch file for !start_zm_server, and this is all I'm getting. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Majority of people who create servers for their friends have no idea what it's forResxt well we tried to do a custom games lobby and when we tried starting it everyone lost connection and was just stuck infinitely on the loading screen. So we just assumed we needed a server and that custom games didn’t work.

If you wanna go the dedi route I suggest you stick with our guide because it sounds like you skipped some important steps.
