Failing to start Zombie Server, not getting a heartbeat

Trying to start a server for some friends to play on, I've managed to get all the way to the part where you start the batch file for !start_zm_server, and this is all I'm getting. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Did you port forward your net_port?

Are you sure you need a dedicated server to play with your friends? Custom games isn't enough?
Majority of people who create servers for their friends have no idea what it's for -
If you wanna go the dedi route I suggest you stick with our guide because it sounds like you skipped some important steps.

Resxt well we tried to do a custom games lobby and when we tried starting it everyone lost connection and was just stuck infinitely on the loading screen. So we just assumed we needed a server and that custom games didn’t work.
