125 FPS not working.

hello there!
when i set my fps to 125, it never actually gets up to 125.
it gets stuck at about 112-114, i would like my fps to be set to 125.

Turn off vsync or reduce graphics. If your PC can't handle 125 fps or more.

The built in fps limit isn't very accurate, use a external tool like MSI Afterburner.
