Plutonium UPDATER Missing critical Files

It isnt letting me uninstall it fully or redownload it it is like it stays on my pc i tried uninstallin it from everysingle driver i dont know how to redownload it or restart updater i only have one plutonium app in my files and i everytime i try to open it it shows the image above -

Win + Rand%localappdata\Plutonium%, then try to delete all this file, including theplutonium.exe. Redownloadplutonium.exeand make sure you have a stable connection. -
