why wont my server start

can someone help me please my server wont start and when i try start the .bat file it says this.

Thats exactly where the problem is.

olivermoe7 To be a little more precise than my 2 colleagues, knowing that the configuration file is not found, you need to reference it in the .bat if you're on windows or .sh if you're on linux [dediacted.cfg]. Then make sure it's in the right folder and that the error in the console config file %s not found. has disappeared, have a nice day !
