someone has troubles to see serverlist on BO2?

I don't know why, Im trying to play with my friend's BO2 zombies, they have the NAT moderate and I have the nat Open. However, when I try to find any server on the list, it don't show nothing, is empty. You guys know what happens with this. Also, they told me that in the friend list, they can see me but in my game, i can not see any friends :c
