iBullzeye8 in the launcher click your avatar on the top right, version will be displayed on the bottom. Or just open the console in-game, it displays the version as well.

This means that either the server you are connecting to or your client is outdated. If the server is outdated, there's not much you can do about it. For your client: run plutonium.exe (and always launch using this exe) to start your client.

Updating my launcher worked.

I had it pinned and that prevents it from updating every time it's opened.

Launch from plutonium.exe every time you play to stay current.
