Thats way too overkill, a mid-range CPU that does not thermal throttle + 2 midrange GPUs (one for the VM one for the host) are enough and way more affordable.

either way, it doesn't work that well on a single screen, dual screen would probably be okthebx2 yea you can get a cheap 60hrz monitor for that and maybe grab like a amd rx580 or 570
