Do i need the game on steam to run a b02 server ?

I've been trying to make my own server T6 and yet i can't verify the ownership. I was asking myself if i need the game on steam to have it and i've tried many things like my profile in public and sync my steam account as said on the forum to have a server key , yet i can't prove that i have a ownership. (I have this account way past 7 full days)

Ultimiskirito that's how it is. You need to have the game purchased on your Steam account. the game you want to host. and put your profile and game list public.
