Ayuda Error bo2

Yo tengo un problema y es que mira te explico cuando yo descargue el bo2 plutonium me iba bien 30 fps en partida y 60 en el menú ahora abro el bo2 y en el menú me va a 2 fps y en partida también solo se suben cuando está cargando y ya le e morado y configurado todo y no se cómo solucionarlo yo descargue el juego ayer y está mañana tuve ese error y no supe que hacer así que borre el bo2 y lo volví a descargar y solucionado y luego de abrirlo cerrarlo como 4 veces volvió a tener ese error ayuda
