Server is not created.

I'm trying to create the server, I do the same as the tutorial on the page https://plutonium.pw/docs/server/t6/setting-up-a-server/
But when starting it gives the following error:

The tutorial does tell you to move a folder into %localappdata%\Plutonium not the config file.

I'm creating the service on Windows 11, is this not a problem?

The config file must be located at %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6 or %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t6\main
