Problemas de rendimiento ayuda

Buenas a todos, alguien me puede ayudar tengo un problema de rendimiento en bo2 zombies juego en ultra a 1080p en mi laptop, pero no me da más 40 fps solo en ciertas áreas, pero si ya conecto mi laptop a una tv o pantalla exterior me va a 60fps en 1080p estables, agradecería mucho su ayuda gracias
