False Ban! Help!

Hey played Bo2 the past 2weeks as suddenly 2 days ago i am logging in it says that i am ban and if i try again to log in my ban will expire for 5 days and... hours. I dont cheat i had never a cheat and i own bo2 legit on steam were i am playing it now but with less fun.
Can any support prove the ban and which cheat i allegedly used cause its not true.?!hope for a Reply
