My server isnt showing up in server list

Ive setup my server, I get heartbeat successful but its not showing in server list. I can connect with the connect command and all my settings work. I've port forwarded and setup firewall rules for UPD and TCP, and allowed the boostrapper access. Is there a way to check if my portforwarding is correct?

You not seeing your own server can be normal depending on various network stuff. What matters is if others see it or not. If no then the port forwarding is wrong/not applied or a firewall is blocking

My friends cant see it either. Ive added firewall in/outbound rules too.

TCP is useless
Range doesn't matter the port only matters. If you use 4976 change to 4977
