How I can download custom zombie maps from server?

I couldn't play this map cuz of my bad internet connection so I need to download it and play in solo mod

They are regular DLCs, not custom maps. To play DLC you need to install DLC. We do not provide game files and downloading from servers aka FastDL does not exist on BO2
