Plutonium Bootstrapper win32 keep changing my graphic setting

When i launch plutonium and choose black ops 2
Console show then im ingame
but!!!!!
i noticed that my second graphic card awakened from its long sleep( Amd r5 M330)
I tried to choose my first card (intel)
And re open the game
Still it keep choosing the other card(amd)
Help pls -
That is by design to get the best performance, you might be able to overwrite that in Windows.
