No guarda todo el progreso en bo2

Me pasa que estaba jugando y subí de nivel 38 a 40 y después cerré el juego y apago la pc y al siguiente día vuelvo a entrar y volví a estar en nivel 38 con la mismas clases que tenia en ese nivel.
Esto ya me ha pasado varias veces en los que voy jugando pero no le daba importancia pero ya en niveles mas altos que cuesta subir mas es muy molesto.
Espero alguien me pueda ayudar, gracias

Hola, me pasa exactamente lo mismo. Para dar un poco de sentido al juego estoy subiendo los prestigios y sacando oros centrando las horas de juego sacando tiros a la cabeza, etc. Ayer saqué 5 fusiles de asalto de oro, y para mi sorpresa hoy, todo se ha perdido, estaría mas de 10h jugando y todo se ha perdido. En otra ocasión me pasó igual, estuve jugando, cerrando y comprobando un tiempo hasta que ya jugué de seguido y me ha pasado eso...

alguna solución? yo recién empecé a jugar anoche llegue a nivel 15 apague el pc en la noche y volví a meterme al juego y se me reinicio a nivel 5 y se me borraron las clases despues jugue hasta nivel 9 apague el pc y ahors volví a jugar y de nuevo soy nivel 5 y con las clases por default

Hi amigos I'm a player from Mexico so please excuse my english:

¡I got it! - in my case, it was fixed by installing the offline plutonium (.bat) from github, which asked me to unify the folders (I had bo2 multiplayer and zombies in two separate folders, so I just combined everything and replaced what needed to be replaced). Additionally, the offline plutonium patch asked me that the folders do not have dashes(-), spaces, uppercase letters, or characters that are not numbers, underscores(_), or lowercase letters. (im my case I had "Black ops II - Multiplayer" so I changed it to "bo2" xd)I don't know which of these three causes fixed the problem, but now when I play plutonium.exe (online) and close the game, it saves the progress (without the need for commands and changing settings like FOV or others).
