    Every time I try download the 'plutonium.exe' launcher I get this error:

    Failed to download file storage/iw5/zone/team/team_opforce_air.ff

    Anyone know what's going on here and how to resolve this?

        Just set an exception for Plutonium in your Anti-Virus. Then reboot computer and run plutonium as admin just once.
