email&password it says account not found or invalid credentials

Hi, why when i try to loggin in my account with email&password it says account not found or invalid credentials? I have even tried to acces with username and it's tha same, when I try to reset the password the sistem doesn't send me the email. Sry for my bad english btw

DuxForTheLux717 launcher requires you to sign in using your username, but you must type in your username exactly spelled in your forum name. Username is case sensitive. DuxForTheLux717 is not the same as duxforthelux717.
