Sound problem

Recently I was playing the zombies mode of CoD WaW and I went out to my desktop and saw that T4 was using my microphone and I accidentally deactivated that option and now I don't know what's happening but none of the games on plutonium have sound at all, I've already chosen and changed where the audio comes from and comes in, I already updated DirectX and I still don't have sound, I uninstalled the Plutonium application and reinstalled it without having effective results, I need urgent help please from customer service.
