    Probably haven't updated it yet. Download the pluto launcher which updates the client files to the latest version. Alternatively, can you post a screenshot of your error?

      I already had the launcher downloaded but it still crashes and I have windows 10

          Do you get past the bootsrapper? And do you crash on the launcher or bo2 menu?

            whats the bootstrapper Im able to open the launcher then I click on bo2 zombies press play then it loads for maybe a second then everyhting freezes and crashes

              Bootstrapper is the cmd window that opens after the launcher closes automatically

                  Hmm, no idea then. Try going to %localappdata% and deleting the plutonium folder. Then launch pluto again. Oh, and show a screenshot of your bo2 folder please
