    whats the bootstrapper Im able to open the launcher then I click on bo2 zombies press play then it loads for maybe a second then everyhting freezes and crashes

      Bootstrapper is the cmd window that opens after the launcher closes automatically

          Hmm, no idea then. Try going to %localappdata% and deleting the plutonium folder. Then launch pluto again. Oh, and show a screenshot of your bo2 folder please
