No puedo poner dificultad, ya sea original o fácil

Alguien puede apoyarme, simplemente no me aparece la opción de seleccionar una dificultad. No puedo realizar los eastear eggs. Y aún peor que los zombies están muy agresivos mas que si estuviera en original.
