hi neeed helpp!!! bo2 crashed after 10 secs in menu

i had d3d11 error before then i solve it with your solution (tnx v much).
but now when i finally came in bo2 menu i just watched glitch screen after 10 secs and crashed!!! i must say everything was ok and i can do everything smothly in that 10 secs!

i cant send the .dmp file here because its more than 11kb

pls help me
