Puede que tu windows este dañado...
podes probar con repararlo con esto, abri una terminal y anda copiando y pegando los comandos que te voy dejando.- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
- Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
- DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
- Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /startComponentCleanup
- sfc /scannow
