HELP! Controller / Mouse hasn’t worked in 6+ months in Plutonium

I haven’t been able to figure out what is causing my controller and / or mouse to not allow me to have any info register on mw3 or bo2. Works fine for every single other game I own. The mouse doesn’t even appear on BO2 but if you get to the server browser you can move it around and pick a server - after that you can’t use the mouse again. You can’t use the controller at all. No matter if it’s Xbox Or PlayStation. Ds4 doesn’t help on or off. Steam input on or off doesn’t fix it. I have found one single fix and neither has anyone else on the forms or the discord. I have to play on a tiny handheld pc because my main pc has this issue. I uninstalled voice meter, didn’t help. I don’t have GoXR or whatever that is. I don’t want to have to do a full system restore of my Pc to play old cod. If someone can help me that’s figured out the solution I would be greatful.
