Need to re-register steam account to new plutonium account

I tried to link my steam account to this plutonium account, but it is telling me that my steam is already linked to another account. I'm not sure what account this could be as I don't have any saved usernames for it in my password manager.

I can prove ownership of my steam account if that helps at all?
