Having the same issue sadly. After some amount of time it didn't really bother me much anymore but I still kinda want to listen to voicelines and such. Keep me updated

Have the same problem, have created a thread as well and it was inconclusive.
clean reinstalled the game in steam and also repaired it
only sollution i can see is to install the version plutonium provides even having the game

RoxasXIII i tested it with steam files + our dlc torrent and everything works fine. no missing strings or voice lines. The issue must be on your side, broken files or you didn't install the dlcs correctly.

I'm having this exact same issue, and it's not just with Origins, it's with all the DLC maps. My copy of bo2 is from steam but I torrented all the DLCs. TranZit text and voicelines work fine but none of the DLCs do. Is this an issue with the DLC torrent file?

I'm experiencing the same problem across all DLC maps in BO2, not just Origins.
