Unable to create server

Hello,
Purchased the game yesterday and have been trying to setup a server, but I'm getting an error saying I need to have an account at least a week old when trying to create the server key. My account is now 7 days old but it still presents me with this error, is there a way to fix this?

I have patience but my account says 7 days, not 6 plus a few hours. Wouldn't have asked otherwise...
