Disable AFK Kick

I am looking at disabling the AFK kick functionality on T6.

I was unable to find this within the dedicated.cfg nor the the start-server.bat file.
I am not using IW4Admin currently, the server is stock yet the AFK kick still occurs.

Try changing scr_kick_time and scr_kick_mintime through gsc.
