trying to log into the exe put its saying my info is incorrect iv changed passwords but still does not work

mind explaining because i made it case and also matched the same info yet this popped up!

Try with your email address, and make sure the email address was verified (you receive an email when you first sign up). Additionally, try changing your password as you might have made a typo there.
